In Situ Removal of Desired Components
There exists the possibility that the plasma could be used to selectively remove
components, or elements from the rock. This would mean that the slag, waste
products, and overburden would never need be handled or removed. The rock
itself would become the processing chamber. The plasma vapor generated in the
rock could be vented or piped to a sophisticated processing unit. The processing
unit could condense and/or separate the desired components. The presence of
oxygen and nitrogen in the Earth's atmosphere makes this technique difficult
on the Earth's surface. Oxides and Nitrogen compounds tend to require higher
temperatures to vaporize than native metals and elements.

| The Missing Chapter of Relativity: The Origin of Time and Inertia |
I1. The origin of time, is space.
- A. In empty space, time is flowing at an infinite speed.
B. The addition of any mass, to infinitely flowing Time Space, changes the time flow
to some value less than infinity.
C. The Big Bang was expanding into empty space, the velocity of the expansion was
normal. The infinite time of empty space would react by expanding as quickly as
possible until the matter density and gravitational fields slow the flow of time and the
universe's expansion.
- A. The inertial mass of a moving object is directly divided by the Time Space flow in
which it is immersed. This appears to be a contradiction, A star has enough mass to
slow time to what we experience, while it's velocity around the Galaxy is dependent
on the strength of gravity in which it is immersed.
The flat galactic velocity curve could be caused by the stars farther out being in faster
time, Faster time which will directly divide into the inertial mass. The star must travel
at a higher velocity to produce enough centrifugal force to equal gravity. Inertial mass
may be dependent on the local gravitational strength, while gravitational attraction is
still Newtonian???
I. If inertial mass changed and time was not the cause, how could you tell? Objects
would move faster and faster in weaker gravity, and the red shift would be apparent.
When time changes with the velocity, the red shift doesn't increase. To be resolved by
observation over Socratic argument (a guess).
B. Conservation of energy is maintained. If a moving mass enters into a time space
where the flow of time increases by 2X, the inertial mass is reduced by 1/2 and the
velocity increases by the square root of 2.
remains the velocity limit for all mass.
- A. In Time Space, the velocity of light is directly multiplied by the flow of time.
The flow of time is affected the local gravitational field strength.
1+SQRT((gT2)/g) = Xt___ gT2= 6.674E-11 m/s.
B. The wavelength of light, Doppler shifts, and relativistic shifts are maintained
in all Time Space dominated regions. Time is represented by a frequency source
that is multiplied. The multiplied frequency is divided by the increase in velocity.
The time,(frequency) and velocity change equal and cancel out for a stationary source.
Relativistic shifts and velocities are maintained through all Time Space flows.
Relativistic shifts are ratios of kinetic energy to absolute energy E=mc^2.
Relativistic shifts for masses are maintained because the ratio of mass velocity
to light velocity is constant.
C. Because of B above, Time Space effects are difficult to observe. A directly
measured velocity (angular velocity at a known distance) that does not agree
with the red or blue shifts of an object may be one indication. Small masses
like the nebular material ejected during Supernovas could also directly indicate
the flow of time. If time does flow does increase in weak gravitational regions,
the isotope's radioactive decay could increase as the isotopes enter weak
gravitational space. This could explain the timing of Supernova Remnant
SNR 1987A brightening again. The currently accepted explanation is an impact
between high velocity Supernova material and earlier, (slower), material that
was ejected. Both may be correct, since I am unable to tell if the spectra is
consistent with impact (kinetic), or a radioactive energy source.
When there is enough matter and gravity present, then matter dominates, GR and
relativity, as presently constituted, are correct.
I am beginning to understand at least one reason why I am having a problem
communicating this idea. It seems more like there are two slightly different universes
coexisting, To everyone with physics training, it may seem that I am arbitrarily
changing the rules, without supplying a reason. To most people, I am really describing
two separate universes.
On the upper side where mass and gravity dominate, the rules work one way.
Light's velocity is fixed .
On the lower side where space and time dominate, the rules are still there, but the
parameters are reversed. Light's velocity is variable.

I believe that time originates in space.
If the origin of time is in space,
and if there isn't any matter or gravitational fields present,
could the flow of time be infinite?
I suggest that time is a property of space. Space that is not the passive
container imagined, a place to just to put stuff in. Another common
assumption, the maximum flow of time is limited to one.
The geometry and properties of the universe diverge along two
formulations according to whether matter or space is dominant.
When matter is dominant, Space Time and GR are correct. When
Time Space is dominant, GR and Newtonian physics cannot predict
things like flattened galactic velocity curves.
It appears that our universe is bipolar. It has two competing and
divergent elements. Matter, energy, and gravity on one side, with
space and time on the other side. GR and Relativity are accurate and
apply to regions with relatively high gravitational fields.
Currently my best guess for the gravitational field strength at which
the flow of time equals 2 is gT2= 6.674E-11m/s^2 . gT2 is a
modified/reduced form of G the gravitational constant. This factor
linearizes the mks system so that the math is linear when calculating
forces between masses. This factor might also represent a Time_Space
metric. It appears that gravitational fields that are > 6.674E-11m/s^2
time is 2X and increasing with decreasing gravity.
With this simple equation, (1+SQRT((gT2)/g)) = Xt time correction
applied to mass or g) I can predict the Galactic velocities. This may b
e just a coincidence.
The concepts of Relativity and Lorentzian Frames still apply.
